maybe, just maybe Oklahoma gets in the end zone, finally. I expect John Mateer to set up Texas with short fields where very little work needs to be done. It should be another easy Texas win.

Man the negativity out if you is unbearable . let’s just hope he can do something he’s never done not turn the ball over and score 28 points or more . I am sure Smothers will be healthy to rub it in our faces our coaching staff didn’t realize who the best back was two years ago . I actually think this game could be close of Mateer doesn’t turn it over .

It’s not negativity. It’s optimism that it’s only a 21 point loss prediction. If OU wins, it would be monumental.

This game is RIPE for an upset. If you’ve watched this series long enough you can feel it coming. You Sooners are too caught up in the big picture Venables stuff and may not sense it yet.

I've seen this episode before. Mateer inexplicably remembers how to play QB for one game and Oklahoma beats Texas by multiple scores.

I could see Arch doing something stupid and giving OU some scoring opportunities. Arch isn’t great to begin with.

OU's offensive coordinator had 2 full years of OC experience before arriving, and that was in the Mean Streets of the Mountain West Conference. This dumbass couldn't get Barry Sanders out of the backfield, let alone Smothers.

I have seen Texas play. They are far from perfect but they know how to come back from adversity. Texas also has a beautiful number next to their name and deservingly so. Texas beat a playoff-worthy Ohio State. Oklahoma lost to what should be a winless Michigan.
