Does it feel weird that your biggest rivalry game is completely eclipsed by a game played between two schools in your conference who are not rivals?

Not a lot of people are clamoring for some Arch Manning vs Unranked Oklahoma in the SEC.

They're probably just coming for the cotton candy.

no happens a lot when there is a unranked team . Not to mention OU TEXAS has never been the night game of the week because of the location of the cotton bowl they don’t allow night games because of that and the crowds getting juiced all day with beverages .
This week espn is promoting two games one between top 5 teams which Bama and Uga and number one Texas vs OU which is unranked … which should tell you everything you need to know . Not many unranked teams get spotlight like the red river does . Teams can hate but when this is a ranked matchup nothing is better .

We have zero chance because of our OL.

I expect to see a lot of 13 personnel from OU. Try to run the ball with 3 TE’s with play action off that when a good matchup appears. Occasionally throw one to Sategna over the top when he has 1 on 1.

Idk if it’ll work as I don’t like your running backs. Tbd if we can cover all 3 TE’s.

Last year was a pretty close game until the punt return. Yes, yes I know about the blocks in the back.

Arch had a great game last year. Some of his best throws imo.

10/17 on 3rd downs requires a bit of luck when many required a long conversion.

I also hope we don’t miss Wisner who was a monster against OU. Both Smothers and Brown are better backs imo.. but they have to show up.

A path is there for OU to win, but it’ll require a solid game-plan without many mistakes.

maybe, just maybe Oklahoma gets in the end zone, finally. I expect John Mateer to set up Texas with short fields where very little work needs to be done. It should be another easy Texas win.
