He had the most depressing college career.

Never won the SEC.

Never won the heisman.

Never won a bowl game.

Not his fault and he deserved better.

I wouldn't say "every time", but frickin ben leard and Ronnie daniels became Joe Montana and Jerry Rice against us in 1999. Truly head a scratching.

Chambliss owned us both games last year but he's obviously great so not sure he qualifies for the random part.

The Auburn punter. Can’t remember his name now.

Auburn fans will say Henderson in basketball but I will stick with basketball and Ole Miss and go with

Devontae Shuler.

For some reason this guy and Ole Miss had a weird stretch of success against Auburn even when Auburn was pretty good.

Even when Ole Miss lost he still did well against Auburn.

John Bond, the QB for Mississippi State. (80, 81, 82, 83)

LSU never beat MSU with Bond at Quarterback running the Wishbone.

I remember those days. John had hands huge to handle the contact of the triple option and his vision and decisions were uncanny. Ole boy couldn't hit a tight end at 10 feet with a pass though
1982 was such a weird season...

Florida was #4, and LSU went in and beat them in Gainesville. We beat Alabama in Legion Field. We absolutely crucified Florida State to get the Orange Bowl bid.

Yet somehow, we lost to Miss State and Tulane.

Cadillac Williams. Dude would be stuffed in the backfield only to advance 7 yards

From around 2000 until around 2020, anybody's backup QB. We would make them look like Heisman contenders.
