I still can't believe we were lucky enough to have him.

Oh, and in that same picture is the answer to your question:

Look up Jay Barker's stats when Alabama beat Miami. 4/13 for 18 yards, 0 touchdowns, and 2 interceptions.

Won a NC game with those kind of stats.

First 3 that came to my mind

Burgdorf was bad if he started one.

Stephen fricking Rivers. Too stupid to read his armband and had a penchant for chest passes.

Connor Mitch
Brandon McElwain
Lorenzo Nunez

None of those three had business starting at Furman much less at Carolina. Mitch burned out at JMU and left the program(couldn’t even cut it there) while Nunez is actually doing okay at S.E. LA State, while McElwain is stinking it up at Cal these days.

Last year when LSU played southeastern, JaCoby Stevens was on his way to having a 90 yd fumble return for a TD but Lorenzo Nunez somehow chased him down and shoestring tackled him to save the play

uh, nope. Those guys were exceedingly average players. Nothing to brag on, but also nothing that made you fear for their health on the field.

Hatch, on the other hand- nice guy, smart guy. Went to Harvard.

I don't think he could throw the ball 40 yds in the air, and I thought he was going to die in that Auburn game.

Yep, without question Andrew hatch. As for his record as qb, he had so much talent surrounding him that he didn't have to do anything but successfully receive the snap from the center and hand the ball off, or at the most, throw the ball 10 yards accurately. Lol, Andrew hatch, wtf les miles?

Regarding LSU and QBs, you have needed them as the missing piece on otherwise elite teams. It is interesting to think of what these OM QBs would have done in BR. Eli Manning, Chad Kelly, Bo Wallace, Brent Schaffer, Masoli, Taamu, Snead, Patterson.

Wasn’t JT3 a legacy dawg? Got put on the team solely because his dad & grandpa played there

Totally unrelated to the Joe Tereshinski Sr and Jr that played there before him, obviously.

Jordan Reed did play QB briefly but not sure if started. Now a solid TE in the NFL. Same thing for Trey Burton.

2014 - Nathan Peterman's stats in his start against Florida...

4/11 - 5 yards - 0 tds - 2 ints. So...he threw for 5 yards for the UT offense...but Florida had 30 yards on one of his interceptions.

And somehow made the NFL for the Bills where he threw a ton of picks
