Man, they gonna have him out for scalps this weekend.

Maybe Chambliss should check on his injury clause

I dont understand the point. nobody has gained more than a couple yards on a run against the starting defense yet this year

You talk a big game considering you were outrushed by both Louisville and Charlotte.
Aside from the nature of the thread and everyone peeing down each others' legs, are these two players any good? I don't learn names anymore because I just watch now that the NIL and portal have ruined everything.

Why wasn’t this handled earlier? I’m absolutely not against him paying back whatever he needs to .. but it’s a shite move and you know it to do it when it happened.

Something about having to wait the 30 day window for him to respond, he didn't, and we have been trying to serve him for a week or so now.

This is so incorrect lol. It's a rev agreement. Not a normal NIL agreement.

So you just admitted that you signed a ‘professional’ player to a contract. How do you think NFL players get paid, a piece of the pie. Salary cap is based on revenue sharing.

Exactly why SEC was going to get demolished in court yet again….

Service by mail is sufficient only after the initial suit has been personally served, which this was. The normal thing these days in 99% of cases is to send the original suit papers by mail and give the defendant the option to waive personal service. I’d be shocked if this wasn’t done. But if the defendant doesn’t execute and return the waiver, he leaves you with no choice but to serve him personally.

The complaint was served on 8/14. This was a written discovery request. The court filing today confirmed as much. They didn’t file a return on the summons. The filed a notice they served discovery. Again, there is no requirement this be served personally. A certificate of service certifying a copy was mailed is sufficient under the rules of civil procedure. Serving him personally after practice was done to embarrass him.

Not according to the docket. Suit filed July 27. Summons ISSUED on August 14, not SERVED. There is no evidence of service or waiver of service as to the summons and complaint. The notice filed in court yesterday recited only that the discovery was served.

I imagine that the summons and complaint were personally served on him along with the discovery, and that the process server or sheriff’s proof of service will be filed in court when it is delivered to the attorney in Oxford.

Good.
The way those clowns left OM for LSU like that was pathetic and they did it with no shame at all.

Thankfully for LSU, Clemson is arse but notice how every run play was designed to attack a certain person? I can't wait to hear LSU fans try to dance around an entire gameplan designed around attacking one person.

Wtf did you watch bc Clemson ran 1 sprint draw at Princewill that went for a TFL. Nothing else at him. Thanks for exposing you know nothing about football.

Teams should hold players accountable. Timing is clearly intentional though.
