Preparing for The Worst, if Auburn Wins, LSU could use Lawsuit to fire Lane

First of all, I think we win, but hope for the best, prepare for the worst.
The SEC lawsuit would be a great source to fire for cause.
LSU could demonstrate a culture of flippent disregard for authority, great damage to Image and standing if the institution , improper use of local courts. I mean this lawsuit could be a Godsend, the for cause examples have been gifted to us if we need them.
Or we win and the lawsuit is MOOT

We aren't even considering firing Lane for losing to Auburn. Even if he loses to Auburn, Bama, and Texas.
