I liked the old SEC, pre 1992 better than today's version. This is no longer the SEC, it's the Southeastern, texas, big 12 conference. SECTBIG12.

In football the SEC openly cheats for Bama and UGA.
Permanent opponents other than the Iron Bowl, Egg Bowl and aTm/Tex are stupid (NO ONE CARES ABOUT UGA/AUBURN OR BAMA/TENN!!!) and need to be done away with.

BBQ is pork (ribs and pulled pork). No one cares about femine cattle Texass BBQ. Pork was always the main meat dish in the south. Get your southwest Texass food outta here

I want a time-travel redo where someone smart is at the NCAA.
They understand there is too much money not to share with athletes, so in 1995 they institute a stipend for all athletes based on revenue.
Besides, room, board, and education, every athlete gets 2k a month spending money.
See how that plays out. (Yeah, some asshat, greedy parent and/or the same lawyer would probably F that up too)

I really miss big east football in the early 90s. It had a great college feel. Pitt wvu vtech Syracuse and bc all hated each other and Miami. They used to pack those stadiums. The old carrier dome when it was packed out with 50k sounded incredibly loud on the tv. John swofford should be tarred and feathered for what he did to the acc and the big east.

Every conference gets 10 and all teams play 9 games. When you look at it, the imbalance is entirely due to Penn State and Notre Dame. When PSU went to the Big Ten instead of a "Northern or Eastern" conference that was proposed at the time, it basically ended football in the Northeast. Penn State wouldn't go without Notre Dame. If it happens, college football looks a lot different now
