Without Pete is Lane going to be back to 51-49 shootouts every week like when he had DJ Durkin?

Do you even Blake Baker, bro?

We talking about the same Pete that couldn’t stop Georgia earlier this year, or the Pete that couldn’t stop Kentucky or Florida last year with the best talent Ole Miss has ever had on defense…or are the Pete loathed by Bama fans?

Muschamp took over programs who were down. Pete took over a program at its 100 year water mark.

Ole Miss' tackling stuck out last night. Not a great sign for the DC turned HC.

Does LSU have a QB?

Kiffin made Coker look competent at Bama. LSU win be fine at QB. The offensive line is the massive question. LSU may have a disappointing year if they cannot find some lineman.

Even Kirby should've been another Muschamp tbh. He was a really risky hire that worked out for UGA.

I think Golding has exceeded everyone's expectations, but he's got a big offseason ahead full of growing pains like any 1st time head coach

OM lost most of its offensive staff. More importantly they lost seasoned play callers and skill position developers. On top of it , Pete’s defense collapsed in the last drive. They couldn’t get any pressure with the front four and he was too scared to blitz. You could see the L coming as Miami methodically moved the ball on the last drive without any real pushback from Golding’s defense.

There's no "may" about it.

Baker is better than Pete, so probably not. But, you are avoiding the question.

He had the “best defense money can buy” - lane Kiffin, and still lost a million games

When Golding had his best defense so far at Ole Miss it was the offense that cost us a playoff appearance. So best on best I give the nod to Golding.

Muschamp for all his hate actually had some decent seasons at Florida, I think Golding is going to be more like Charlie Strong

Worse than both. He will compete with Orgeron as worst coach in Ole Piss history
