Sounds like we will be a little more healthy this week.

Should have fresh legs…

Expect Princley to have a monster game back in the swamp

Ole Miss DL > LSU DL.

Ole Miss' Dline is as good as any IMO. Not exactly sure how deep they run, but their starters at least are dominant.

Ole Miss doesn’t blitz much at all and can get pressure rushing 3 or 4 all game. They also stop the run really well with just a 6 man front. I think the only way Florida has a chance at winning this game is to get pressure on Dart. If they let him sit back in the pocket all day Ole Miss will win by 3 scores.

Lagway was fine against both Tennessee and UGA.

we're not gonna get whipped as long as Lagway stays healthy

Badger is actually very good and will beat your DBs.

Florida is an extremely good team now. I really don't see how we can beat them.

If it does turn out, though, that Ole Miss is actually good enough to beat this Florida team, we should easily lock up the five seed in the playoff. With how good Florida is now, that would be one of the best wins anyone in the country has had all season.

Don't forget Lagway threw two or three passes directly at LSU players who just couldn't catch for some reason. He's a freshman and certainly makes freshman mistakes. On at least one of those potential interceptions, the throw was deep in Florida territory and the drive ended in a touchdown. That was a 10-14 point swing.

The potential for getting whipped is certainly there.

It'd be very Ole Miss for them to lose to Florida.

NO... it'd be very Ole Miss for them to beat Florida by 3 touchdowns and then get beat by Mississippi State.

We played Texas with multiple practice squad players as starters. I'm sure we would've lost regardless, but we were down 6 defensive backs. Not a great game to base our team on

I was making fun of the hog for using Steiner math on why Florida will win.

Honestly Ole Miss needs this game to be hyped and bigger than it was without their QB back. We need to stack “quality” games to leave no doubt in the committee’s eyes going into that last ranking. Even if Florida ends the season 6-6 if this game is hyped and ole miss handles business it might be another feather in the cap to show ole miss deserves a spot.

Yet I’ve put money on OM many times this season including against Arkansas….

It’s funny how such a great team can’t handle any criticism

I don't think our secondary is good/healthy enough to hold up if Lane calls an aggressive passing game like he's known to do.

Our only chance is if Lane gets conservative/tight or Dart has a really bad game.

I don't think this is a good matchup for us, but it's at home so you never know.

It’d be nice to get to bowl eligibility before FSU. Don’t want to rely on on FSU to shut the bed against us.

The way I see it, this game is all gravy for Florida.

If we win, it'll be great to keep the momentum going and finally maybe show that Napier is turning the corner with the program.

If we lose, we probably keep Tennessee from sneaking into the playoffs. frick Tennessee.

Bye weeks really help most SEC teams. I keep up with all the SEC teams and understand that Ole Miss had a number of players who needed to heal up. If I recall, LSU had two weeks to prepare for Ole Miss and that LSU was their seventh game in a row. No excuses for anyone, but as I said, an extra week to prepare for anyone helps in a league as tough as the SEC. I did watch both the Arkansas and Georgia games that Ole Miss played, and the last time I saw any SEC team look that good was Georgia against Texas.

I admit that I am an SEC homer. Let me put it this way. Any of the SEC teams that make the playoff will be up to competing against any of the BIG teams.
