First thing what is going to be the key succuse for each team when it comes to being on top
could this game be a determined factor who goes and not goes to the playoffs
Would this be the most toxic and messy situation like fans throwing stuffs, fights, harassing lane kiffin etc?

LSUs is stopping the old man and making sure Leavitt doesn’t go full retard
We do those two things and we cruise
Of course it has huge playoff implications
Ole Miss fans are pretty mad, no telling what they’ll do tbh

Texas is in an SEC probationary period. Ask this when you are accepted into the SEC.

Scoring more points.

Not by itself

if fans throw stuff, fight, and harrass the coach, then yes that would be toxic.

LSU has to establish the running game early. On defense they need to contain Chambliss. I think that's pretty much it.

LSU’s key to success
1) play a serviceable offensive game
2) play defense 7 points better than Louisville.
OLE Miss
1) hope for LSUs defense to implode
2) hold LSU to field goals

Ole Miss gets their starting CB and S back. Sharif Denson hasn't played this year and his back-up has been miserable. Antonio Kite went down in the 1st against Louisville. Hoping those two being back limits the busts.
Outside of that, I think Ole Miss has to stop LSU on the ground. I think both teams will hit some balls through the air but the team that runs it the best probably wins. I personally have LSU covering but here's to hoping I lose that bet and the Rebs pull it off. My gut says to hammer the under.

Just for the Ole Miss takes...
For Ole Miss, the defense needs to step up. Hopefully getting our starters back and healthy will help out.
On offense, we need to protect the ball and not get behind the sticks early.
I think whoever wins will be a great shape. I haven't looked at LSU's schedule, but Ole Miss has a hell of a gauntlet to run through this year and a loss early would probably mean no playoff, because I don't see us going through the remainder of our schedule unscathed.
I don't want to see any of our fans throwing shite at anyone nor onto the field. However, we all know how college students are after drinking all day.

This. We have UGA and Texas remaining on our schedule. Depending on how the CFB season plays out, we could win tomorrow and still miss the playoffs.

LSU: stop Trinidad’s legs
Ole Miss: make Sam turn it over

Darth Vader will try to make speed the difference. No one knows this better than Golding. If Ole Miss crowds the LOS and settles into the speed of the game quickly, they will have right, virtue, and the American way on their side of the field.

If you are a SEC noob, this may help
It may hinge on something behind the scenes we know nothing about. While uncommon in other conferences, the family history coupled with the general craziness of the South means, who knows?
For the early line, see who STATE fans are backing. If they go full tLandmass, Joey Freshwater may be in for a long day.

Front seven play for both defenses. Whichever team wins that battles will win. If that ends up being a tie, special teams (which OM has an advantage).

There will be glass buttplugs all over that field, for sure.

There's waaaaaaay too much working against Ole Miss in this game.
Lane Kiffin is believed to be the better coach. He has the better roster. He has the better coaching staff. He has the better defense. He has an intimate knowledge of the Ole Miss roster and it's tendencies. He understands the Golding defense and how to exploit it. He knows Trinidad Chambliss better than he knows himself. And finally, Kiffin still has loyalists in the Ole Miss athletic Department that's probably feeding him information. They want to move up in the world too.
He's also playing in a less than hostile environment. That's right, I said it. Don't buy all this bullshite, pro-wrestling hype we're all seeing. Vaught Hemmingway stadium is about as hostile as Bryant Denny stadium, which is to say it's not hostile at all.
The only advantage Ole Miss has is quarterback, and that isn't enough to matter.
LSU rolls by 17. No shite.

Probationary period is strange for a team that played in the SECCG and reached the CFP semifinal in year one. If that's us on probation, I can't wait to see what full-fledged charter member looks like.
Also, it's hard to be on a probationary period when we were begged to join with a 14-0 vote.

1. Key to success for LSU is avoid turnovers.
2. Nah, both teams still have a lot of work to do to make the playoffs. The loser of this game is likely going to have a mediocre season.
3. Yes, this will be the messiest toxic slopfest maybe in sec history.
