At the beach in Delaware, about ten miles from Biden's snooze spot. Small protest on the highway, bunch of old hippies and white women with signs. It started raining, they all went home. :lol:

Regardless of one’s politics or how this particular conflict might be viewed, seems like a mistake to underestimate the Israeli's ability to destroy a facility they see as an existential threat. Not sure I’d call this one just yet. :lol:

You already have two of the most effective arancini molds: your hands. (assuming you have two hands). :lol:
I've always just used my hands and typically use leftover risotto. Basically plop some risotto in the palm, spread it out flat, put filling in the middle, close hand. Usually use mozzarella and mortadella, never had a problem.
ETA: looks good! I think one measure of a cook is how well they can fry something, yours look great. Hope they tasted great!
