Yup, this dude gets it. Other fans won’t understand but the fracture in the fanbase and lax support for this program has been killing us. He mentioned this several times.

You can see why he would impress folks looking for a CEO who is planned and prepared. I don't pretend to know whether he'll be able to succeed, but initial impression is he seems like a guy who is comfortable in his skin and a smart dude.
