I never agreed with expansion but they fo fit the best and maybe OU.

Funny how they don’t want to boot USCe or Arky. Guess it’s cause they like the W’s on check schedule.

I’ve never weighed in on these threads because I only got here in about 2016 or so. Was never here for the first few years of us being in the SEC.

In the time I HAVE been here, I’ve never really seen what he’s claiming. Maybe I have biased eyes, but I’m pretty aware that we have been slightly above average at best.

We may jump on the bandwagon of a good showing like anyone else, but I’ve just never picked up us acting like we hold some elite status.

Now, the money thing gets thrown around a lot, but that strikes me more as an “overcompensating” thing. I don’t think we take it all that seriously. Nobody on this board is a significant source of that wealth.

And yet SEC fans on this site (primarily LSU fans) have posted this exact same sentiment literally dozens of times. That behavior says otherwise.

Mizzou is enjoying a rent-free luxury condo in LSU fans' minds.

I just amazed by the number of post LSU ranters make about forgetting we are in the SEC but go to rant to tell us they forget we are in the SEC.

I never thought I could find a more retarded fan base than kansas, but LSU is making me rethink that thought.

Just gonna put out there that the SEC didn't agree with you for about 5-6 decades. Every decade or two, SEC would come courtin' Mizzou. Mizzou was always okay with staying in the Big 8 (though I wished they would have jumped ship.)

1. My 2023 trip to see LSU play at Mizzou was VERY good. It was waaaaaay better than my 3 LSU games in College Station were. I'd keep Mizzou over the Ags anyday, but I am sure we should keep both schools.

2. Texas was a better addition than any the SEC has made period. Great programs in all the sports fans care about. Fans are obnoxious so...they fit right in with so many SEC fans! :-)
