It sounded to me like he was equating overthrowing King George (an unelected monarch) to overthrowing Trump (a president that was duly elected by the people).

Since Trump isn’t up for re-election at this time, and he is calling for his removal, that seems like he is calling for an insurrection.

ETA

By including the year 2025, his statement is quite damning imho.
