They would have been in, meaning one of the SEC teams would have been left out.

No, Miami would have been left out.

I have it on good authority from the LSU faithful that a MOU is not legally binding.

So expect the Committee to rank them around 15-20 to snub them

That would solve their problem. ACC is so terrible Notre Dame would win the conference every year and get an auto bid.

Every SEC team reaches 10 wins with that schedule

Its ridiculous that notre dame could go 12-0 in the regular season, sit out conference championship weekend and get a first round bye. Everyone else has to play 16-17 games to win a national championship but they can win one only playing 15 games, the same amount most of us were playing to win a national championship in the 4 team playoff era.

This is almost laughable coming from an Ohio State fan.

The B1G is Cupcake Central in terms of ease of making the playoffs.

if the MOU was signed this past spring, then it makes me wonder if the Committee already knew about it and THAT was why they put notre dumb as the first team out slot

If your team has zero national championships I literally dont care what you have to say about football. Good luck in the music city bowl!

CFP needs to grow a spine and tell ND there is very little chance for you to get into the CFP with this schedule even if you are 12-0.

That schedule is pathetic.

Every school in college football should send this same demand and put notre dame’s at the bottom of the stack and carry on as usual. Screw their narcissistic attitude, I’m sick of those that demand what they don’t deserve.
