That’s funny because he went to Stanford and it was LSU that beat his arse in Omaha. Yet he talks so positive about the tigers. You donghorns think it’s all about you.

You must be talking about a different Kyle Peterson.

Here’s where LSU beats Texas, Arkansas, everyone.
What other school besides LSU has over 1000 people every single year at their First Pitch Banquet on a cold night in January to kick off the season?
No one.

But you have your answer in the top 4 there. They care the most, and Carolina used to be there, but Tanner has ruined their program.

We have a big contingent of fans that go absolutely apeshit when we lose a game because they know zilch about baseball and compare it to football
It’s entertaining but also terrible

Wrong. Basketball is a joke compared to baseball

Disagree. Texas is certainly top 3 in all-time achievements and winning pedigree earned by the program, but in terms of "love it the most", the longhorn fanbase would barely crack the top half of the SEC.
For sure ranked behind each Mississippi school, Arkansas, South Carolina, A&M and LSU in that regard.
Texas, like Florida, is very much a "support is more noticeable when we're good" baseball program.

When I graduated HS back in 1988, every baseball player in Louisiana already knew that Skip Bertman had something special going on at LSU.
If you’re looking for baseball crazy fan base then culture and longevity have to factor in the equation.
1. LSU
2. Ms. St.
3. Arkansas
4. Texas (you have longevity but lack the crazy culture).

As much as you want it to be, Texas is not in the top3 in this category. You still think you're blessing this conference with your baseball team, but this conference has run baseball for 40 yrs without you

Arkansas, LSU, and Miss. State.
Beyond that I’d say Ole Miss, Texas, Florida, South Carolina, and (recently) Tennessee.

Ask the people in Omaha who cares the most about college baseball.

1. LSU
We lost a series. We suck! Fire somebody! Of course we won, we are LSU! It's what we do!
2. MSU
Please baseball gods don't punish us! Baseball is all we got! I'm begging you make the pain go away!
3. Arkansas
Arkansas just enjoys the ride and is quite used to it. Until reality decides to push you out of a moving vehicle down a hill as yell in protest
NEXT YEAR!!!!!!
NEXT YEAR IS THE YEAR FOR SURE!!!!!!!!

We were once "THE" national power in baseball. This fan base is absolutely crushed by what has happened the last few years. I would argue more than any other teams' fans.
