Here's what I don't understand about suspending Kiffin. College football is a product the SEC wants to sell. Everyone is crazy hyped up for Ole Miss to host us. That loses a lot of interest if Kiffin isn't there. I don't get it.

LSU ending up without a conference is less than ideal. And the SEC is the conference that makes the most sense geographically and financially.

I don't hate Daniels. He was electric on the field and encouraging on the sidelines. He was fun to watch. The only NFL games I watched last year were ones where he was playing.
But this situation is weird. LSU doesn't reitre numbers anymore. A lot of schools don't. I'm disappointed that the relationship between JDV and LSU has deteriorated, but I'm glad that most people seem to be on LSU's side.
If we were going to have a controversy right before the season, this is the one to have.
