Same thing happened to Siran Stacy in '90 at Legion Field. Took a toss in the backfield and knee blew out. Probably my favorite running back when I was a kid.

Tre Smith. The galloping white ghost that had the Iron Bowl of a lifetime.

He had such a great game not because of his skill as a RB but because he was literally running for his life.
