I was working at #7 mine. Owl shift. About 5 am, called out to central supply for a part, and they said all hell was breaking loose. Fans went off at the same time, so we had to head for the surface. Then that afternoon, the big one came by the mine site. Killed power and took power lines down to several of the fans. We were down 4 days getting it all cleared and back up.

The ultra rare quadruple post!
I just finished garlic milkshake lat week. I did test mine on bench, squat, and deadlift. But im pretty sure I left a little in the tank.. it just seemed like I didn't figure my training max right. I used those numbers, and am going back to greyskull next week.

Im running it now. I like it a lot. Was very conservative on my training max. So I'll probably rerun it and go up a decent amount. First time ive done Bulgarians, and yeah, my balance sucks, too. I use a db, and support myself with the other hand.

Just finished it. Not a ton of action, per se. But was nice to be in Harry's world, again.

I wanted to go back thru them, but i don't want to read about Murph again.
We joined the OneLife that just opened in McCalla. Early membership was like 73 a month for both of us.
To be fair, that thread was started immediately after Saban retired.
Bump away, William
Not gonna lie, I was hoping they'd score one more.
