All. Georgia and SC only once apiece.
EDIT: Georgia, though: I did stay in that place for close to 3 weeks.

I have had the pleasure of visiting all the SEC states.
The move to the SEC was a great decision for the University of Missouri and the state on many levels for obvious reasons.
100 year decision done right.

Just my home state (South Carolina).

All of them. I only have 9 states left before I have set foot in all 50.

I've been to every southern state in the SEC, so 13 of 14.

I have been to all of them multiple times.
This. Though my least visited has been Tennessee (once.. Memphis on business). I would like to visit Nashville and Knoxville.

I've been to all of them. But WG Dawg you may have me beat. The only cities I have yet to see LSU play football in are Lexington, Nashville, and Columbia. Most of them as a student during 2006-2012 (thats right I did the 6 year route lol).
Only cities I have yet to see LSU win a football game is Gainesville, Little Rock/Fayetteville (miracle on markham/last years debacle), and the three cities mentioned above.
My favorite weekend of the year every year is my lil bro, dad, and I pick a road game and meet up. This year we are hitting USCe. My bro lives in Omaha, I'm in Waco, and Dad's still in BR. There is nothing like SEC football. And road games are even better than home games, mostly because of how everyone treats each other.
I am hoping this trip to USCe will help remove the bad taste in my mouth the last game gave me. Ignorant fans doing the gator chomp bc we had just lost to UF the previous week (when they hadn't beaten UF....like ever lol) and fans throwing double A batteries at us in the student section. The city is cool and the stadium is way diff than any other one I've been to in the SEC. Baylors new stadium reminds me of it.

11 for 11.
Lived in 4 (AL, FL, GA, MS), in multiple different towns in each.
Of the 14 SEC cities, I have lived in 3 (Auburn, Starkville, and Tuscaloosa) and visited 5 others (Gainesville, Baton Rouge, Nashville, Knoxville, and Oxford).

All but GA and LA... I only drove through Mississippi though, but can you blame me?
Edit: We did stop at a Waffle House in Jackson. It was fantastic.

Which of the 11 SEC states have you been to? Doesn't have to be the actual college town--which states in the SEC footprint have you set foot in?
All of them. Been to every stadium of the original 10, plus USC (2) and Arkie (1). Will be going to TAMU this year.

All of them multiple times, save for MO. I think I had a layover in St. Louis once, but I'm not counting that.
I've lived in Kentucky, Arkansas (twice), Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and Louisiana.
