AG Murrill corroborates in interview. Reporting on unconditional dismissal vote around 11:30 minute mark.

Don’t the SEC lawyers have to dismiss now? This is just becoming so strange. I don’t understand what the SEC is trying to achieve here legally. I get what they want institutionally (control & governance), but this doesn’t seem to be the way to go about getting that.

Yeah, it's coming from Moscona. I would want to hear it from other people besides him

If and when he’s proven wrong he will gloss right over this or explain excuse that he didn’t actually say what he actually said.

Ah I see. They voted to dismiss but the SEC doesn't want to.

Meh, if the members say no, that should be enough imo.

So you are saying that the words from the Louisiana Attorney General are not good enough for you?

You are a clown.

Any thoughts on the SEC office going rogue?

Because an attorney would never lie or misrepresent something. Never.

Now make that attorney a politician. A politician would never lie or misrepresent something. Never.

Edit: And it is a woman. A woman would never lie or misrepresent something. Never.

Lmaooooooo

No doubt, it seems like the conference presidents can easily disprove this narrative if Murrill is lying.

Let's see if that happens.

I think the thing that pisses me off more than anything about Lane leaving for LSU is I now know who Matt Moscona and Blake Ruffino are. I thought our beat writers and coverage team sucked, but those two just suck and are miserable human beings.

That said, I don't doubt most of the SEC Presidents are ready to put this behind them. Sankey however is still pissed how it all went down and I think he wants to put LSU in their place. Think he feels confident every other school has a president and AD or at least one of the 2 that actually run the athletic department for that school and someone he can reason with. The LSU athletic department is not being run by anyone employed by the university. Ultimately though, this is just a waste of everyone's time. LSU already backed down so everyone just needs to move on.

Sankey has drawn his line in the sand, buried his head in it and left his arse showing. This is the only choice he has to continue down this idiotic path until they show him the door with a fat severance

So basically this whole thread of posters are here saying the AG and Moscona are straight up lying.

Ok.

Let's see if the SEC presidents debunk their claims.

Should be interesting. The posters here seem to have their minds made up already.

Same guy that had a long rant about how much better BK was than LK? followed by smoking a cigar when LK got hired?

Sankey wants to publicly put LSU in their place because challenges to these rules are coming from every corner now. Ole Miss, for instance, is seeking to add a player who signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Pistons.

The problem with using LSU as the poster child is that they never actually violated a rule and don't seem interested in admitting any wrongdoing.

Just for the record . So you are saying he and the AG are both lying?

What you are talking about is his opinion. If he is lying like y'all believe that isn't opinion based.
Being wrong and lying are two different things.

On par with 2018 A&M.
