But 2024 was, according to the Oklahoma education system, over a decade ago.

Some good argument to that but I think he is another Stoops and Mizzu could easily drop back and won't keep winning all these games against the non-top SEC teams. Just a few years back everyone thought Stoops was a big deal for winning most of those games for a few years with relatively easy SEC schedules while not beating many of the top teams those years.

Because Florida has done so well the last several coaching cycles.

He’s a huge dork, but he’s a good coach. Especially at Missouri. 28-9 last 3 seasons.

This is a wise take, IMO.

Next year’s schedule looks brutal.

We will see if the program is able to compete.

Good for us but tough for the Mizzou fans. It seems clear their program realizes Drink is the best coach they’ll be able to get, and they’re content with seven to nine win seasons.

this will be our first seven to nine win season in drink’s six seasons as our coach

Drink is smart to stay put.

With the new 9 game in conference schedule the SEC is screwed and he knows that he would be toast in just a few years at either Florida or LSU.

Auburn would be a lateral move from Mizzou in the first place.

Sankey has effectively stuck a dagger into the Auburn, LSU and Florida programs.

You’re delusional.

It’s really not going to be much of an accomplishment when they expand the playoff. That is likely coming.

More money towards the program will be huge. Not worried about OU. You have no offense so your CFP run will be short. That offense is putrid!

I agree with you, but it still kind of sucks because I think we may end up with someone who is no better.

I’ll never understand the kU fan’s presence here. The obsession with Mizzou is wild.

kansas football:

2010: 3-9
2011: 2-10
2012: 1-11
2013: 3-9
2014: 3-9
2015: 0-12
2016: 2-10
2017: 1-11
2018: 3-9
2019: 3-9
2020: 0-9
2021: 2-10

Combined: 23-117

Now that’s pathetic.

It is very obvious why a kansass fan is obsessed with their superior. Not only does he not stay on his team's boards, but is so embarrassed he comes on another team's conference board to obsess over. kansas has become a D2 school at best, more like a D3. In the new era of college athletics they will continue to spiral down the toilet.

You are correct sir. Would be much better to have never played in a BCS game, a final four game ( basketball) or now a CFP game. As a matter of fact I bet very few college sports programs can make such a statement. You’re a misfit always have been and always will be
