It's interesting to note that Louisiana ranks second to last, right beside Mississippi, while surprisingly, California sits at the very bottom. This ranking may offer some insight into the responses and perhaps the downvotes I've observed. Certain posters from Louisiana evoke a sense of the characters in the movie "Idiocracy," who seem to dismiss information regardless of its validity or source. I suspect that any downvotes this comment receives might further illustrate this particular tendency.

He owns 20% or so. Still though, Teslas are getting trashed left and right. I’m a fed and I’m seeing other Feds getting rid of their Teslas and even some Feds’ Teslas get trashed. I think they post the way they do because that’s how a lot of MAGA voters are. I do think the officials tone it down and have some professionalism. I’m just surprised WNBA is still around. OU’s women basketball is way better than men’s and yet none of us seem to care. Sorry, some of women’s sports just aren’t that entertaining.

Nah. Not all HOAs are bad. The first HOA I was with had a bit of overreaching issue but it was mainly because of riffraff renters that caused issues. The current HOA that I’m with is probably the best one I’ve had. Maintains all the playground park, lake, fences on the main road, decorate Christmas lights on the main entrances, etc. They don’t get on people’s asses for their roof color or front door color like some of other HOAs. We pretty much do as we please.
People that hate on the HOAs are usually the white trash or ghetto people who doesn’t respect the property or pay their bills on time.

8 years in the cutthroat oil and gas industry. Laid off two times. Went to specific class to get on the government, which I did. One thing I noticed about the anti-government people like most of the posters here. They jelly. I have no problem going back to private sector. I adapt with no issue. I can play the game. Seems like most of the red neck hillybilly posters are mad cuz they’re stuck at their trailer trash homes and dead-end dog food manufacturing companies.
