This is the most legendary drop I've ever seen.

Dallas should just pick him up as a "we don't want to see him suffer anymore" in the 4th round.

lol
All that it takes is one starting qb to get hurt or suspended.

I imagine if Tennessee thought he was worth 4 million a year they would have happily paid.

I actually think they would have paid or paid close to that if he SHOWED UP TO PRACTICE and communicated with Heupel.

Nico may have learned the "not communicating thing" from Heupel when he abandons his current team for another team.

I would have never thought this would happen to college football but it's got that NBA trajectory in terms of popularity decline on the horizon. Too much player empowerment and with players opting out in the middle of games, renegotiating contracts, or even simply opting out of bowl games - we just get an awful product.

Burden's body language in a few games seemed off, especially when he didn't get the ball. For me, and likely NFL scouts, they might be having a hard time projecting him because Brady wasn't throwing great balls his way.
If his G/F is his manager, that's a dumb dumb dumb move by him and the scouts will derank just for that alone.

My hope for him is this: Pick #11 - 49ers as a replacement for Deebo.

If he drops to the Chiefs, that'd be great as well but less likely with Chiefs focusing on the OLine.

I don't want to get into 2nd round speculation because I hate him going that late.
I drive by it every day. Last week was was the first time I've been able to see the field while driving by it. They've removed the north scoreboard and the concrete pavilion, parking lot is still being tore up, I think they'll have that phase done pretty soon.
You guys are right these professors don't exist at Arkansas, LSU, Auburn, Georgia.
That's targeting, textbook example.
Both of them were yucking it up before the game, even more so than a normal pre-game small talk.

It's just a few too many teams, scale it back to 10 teams, 2 teams get a first round bye.

8 teams split up 4 first round games.

Lastly, a Top 10 playoff just sounds better.
Georgia and Mizzou carrying the SEC East again.
Shane Beamer reminds me of the friend you haven't seen since high school at the bar - the first few beers everything is cool, and then he wants to fight you.

I'm pretty sure this with Auburn with Alabama jerseys.
Brady Cook is the last of a dying breed.

but Oklahoma might be a different story for example.

I would even step down a level - give him the recruits and resources at Arkansas, Auburn, maybe even South Carolina and he'd be in the top 10 year in and year out.

If you had on your bingo card in 2011 when the Mizzou to SEC announcement was made that they would clearly outperform Texas A&M, South Carolina, and Arkansas you would have made out like a bandit.
