-One million percent, we are the champs. And since Todd Golden is the man, I'm sure we'll see more in the future.
-I've also seen all of our football nattys, and with the expanded Playoff now a thing, we may have a good enough team here soon to make a run at it if we get our shite together.
-I couldn't possibly care less about baseball. We might win another one of those, but I honestly don't give a crap.

Of whom there are clearly many, could you explain the appeal? I swear I'm not trying to be condescending, but I've never "gotten" baseball. I mean, I understand the rules, I've seen many of the "exciting" things, but outside of some outfielder running full sprint halfway across the field to dive and catch a ball or literally jumping over the wall to steal a homerun, I've never been into the actual mechanics and playing of the sport. I just want to know what's up, is it cultural, akin to soccer everywhere else? Is because most of our teams are good at it? I genuinely would like to know because, and again, I'm not trying to start a fight, I truly find it extremely boring do to the lack of what I would consider action.

Ideally it's a playoff birth and a run, but I don't think we're there yet. Realistically, 9+ wins and continued improvement.

He needs to improve on last years record, period. A fluke win vs. Georgia or a win vs. Texas at home with 6 losses won't get the job done, he needs to win more games and the team needs to continue showing improvement. So I guess the total would be something like 9+, but it's also dependent on how we look I think.

I'm no Napier nut hugger at all, but the lion's share of our best talent is underclassmen. And they guys that could have gone pro and been high round picks, like Caleb Banks, decided to return and help to try and continue to create upward trajectory and momentum for the program. This is the "prove it" year for Napier, no doubt, but the program showed signs of life in the second half of the season. They're talented and need to take the next step.
