I can admit that 14 straight years of top 5 finishes, even if it was the ACC, is one of the most impressive statistics in the history of the spor, we'll probably never see that ever again. Now go enjoy a season of Ashton Daniels and Mike Norvell.

2002 Florida.

Losing to us in that era should have induced any emotion but shock.
It's Georgia Southern, and it was nearly FAU under the shark romancer. But for my money, it's Tennessee in 2001. I was SHOCKED we lost that game. (And barn too)
Than KJ Bolden flipping from Free Shoes? Jesus.

frick you, Mutt, but still.

What if peyton manning went to Florida?

I truly believe we don't win in 1996. He had some sort of "unclutch" thing in college, and if he'd come here he probably would have found some other tea, likely Free Shoes, to become our version what we were to him. (An Orange clad, "UT" quarterback named Manning still hasn't won in The Swamp.)
Not at all, and this is a pretty stupid thread. But it is hilarious seeing Auburn fans absolutely redassed and bothered that Sumrall turned them down for one of the actual "big boy" jobs in the SEC . I like Golesh, but you would not have taken him over Sumrall, and you know that is true.
I still hate this crap. I'm SO glad we're just over a month out from football. :usa:

What do you mean by this?

"Cracker Jack". Don't try to take offense where none was intended, Jethro.

You might as well have written that in Mandarin, I would've understood it just as much.
Would rather get a root canal...But flipping through the channels, I just randomly landed on this game on ESPN featuring Nebraska. They have a player named "Max Buttenback". I laughed like an idiot, because I never truly stopped be twelve years old. So there IS some entertainment value in crackerball!

We would kill the 95-96 Bulls by at least 40 points. No homer.

I mean, obviously. I will humbly concede that Toon World Jordan probably would be a tough guard, even for Boogie Fland.
But I'm pretty sure the 2027 Gators men's hoops squad might be the greatest team in the history of American team sports and would also eclipse the Monstars in pure dominance, if we're also including fictional basketball teams. This is pretty much a consensus, correct?

Just to piss off the fake cowboys, beans, plenty of beans.

It's not Florida. Love my state to death, but no..REALLY big no.

By meat and potatoes, I assume you mean threads with wild speculation and the always riveting threads on which teams have the best uniforms.

It lets me know we're getting closer. Once I get my hands on the 2026 Lindy's, it'll be fever pitch.

Is baseball almost over?

I'm legitimately asking. I know football is next, but very few will be getting into the meat and potatoes of that topic until this dreck is is over. Two week three weeks?
I actually watch a little bit of that Dallas-Columbus (I believe) game. Not high quality, but it's something.

Hockey, oh boy. So let's see, we got baseball, golf, soccer, and now hockey. Anybody want to throw in NASCAR to complete the Infinity Gauntlet of "Lord just take me now"?

I didn't and I'm not. But hope springs eternal, so they say! I'm just bummed I have to wait 5 months until I can watch football again.
