I think when it happens in the end zone it’s at the 3 right?

Great game by Ole miss. Kinda BS at the end there the Miami DB tackled the WR and clubbed him the entire route with no PI. Never seems like refs want to throw it at the end of the game but that's unfair could've definitely caught that.

Still can’t believe Beck balled out that last drive. He was clutch when it was needed most
He had 3 terrible passes (at least 1 that could have been a pick) and Golding didn’t blitz on 3rd and longs. He didn’t ball out at all

Miami is undisciplined garbage.
Gonna get RAN on their home field by the Hoosiers.

It would still be a 15 yard penalty in college

Cry more. Every call went Ole Miss’ way.
Like Chambliss getting leveled 5 yards out of bounds?

PI is only 15 yards in college. Good play by the D.
When it occurs in the end zone, the ball is placed on the 1 yard line.

quote:true. But, they probably don't call the PI on Ole Miss' last TD drive if it's the first quarter either.
If that’s the 1st quarter it’s PI but not now

Indiana and oregon is for the national championship tomorrow night. I don’t see Miami keeping it close with either team

In college football, defensive pass interference in the end zone results in the ball being placed at the 1-yard line, with an automatic first down, unless the line of scrimmage was inside the 2-yard line, then it's half the distance to the goal (spot of the foul).

That damn Carson Beck going to a National Title game.
What could have been

Great game Rebs hold your heads high. Did not like the defensive strategy on Miami’s last drive but a helluva game.

Quit embarrassing yourself, even if it’s par for the course.

My props to Ole Miss that was one hell of a game. They got pushed around by the Miami defense like I thought they might but give them all of the credit in the world they found a way to hang on there and keep fighting.

That was a very egregious call they missed earlier in the game. Refs were pretty garbage all night.

Great season Ole Miss. You have a winner in Chambliss. If he had 20 more seconds he wins that game.
