Lanning is a good coach but I've always felt he was super overrated. Like he does some really dumb decisions in games at times. I've seen games where he makes boneheaded decisions that would put him on the hotseat at LSU. He also has access to arguably the most resources in the country and has won absolutely nothing with it. He's good but not elite.

Except I don't claim to be one in the know with inside sources like Scone and suck myself off when I get something right. Which btw, he's only right because he leaves himself an out with the way he words things so he can never be wrong. He's also media. Nice try at trying to draw comparisons though when there's no comparison. He's a clown and it's kinda entertaining to see how wrong he is regularly.

This guy is the absolute polar opposite to the lazy arse coach we just ran through.
Look at the differences. BK was grinding up against teens because he had to initially then his lazy arse couldn't tell you the name of any recruit come recruit time to visit him. You can say what Lane is doing is cringe but at least in comparison to BK's cringe, Lane is working his arse off because he's thirsty.

Such a chode. Scone repeatedly said LSU has almost no shot at getting Leavitt. He basically implied it's 99% chance that ship is sailed with a small chance it isn't to leave himself an out. Scone continues to show his arse through the portal with 0 knowledge on what's actually happening until it happens.

Only other game I remember LSU going down to the wire in outside Auburn was Texas. That Texas team that year actually would've been a problem had they not got piled on with injuries. The Texas team that played LSU in game 1 was a playoff team then they got slapped with injuries. Auburn had an elite defense coming off I remember a sneaky tropical system that hit us hard the night before and it was a sloppier game than usual. Clemson tried to use Auburn's defense against us because it was the only scheme that slowed Burrow down. Burrow caught on it quickly though when he cracked his ribs.

Not even close. Completely unbiased...no. That LSU team set a record on beating top 10 teams. LSU dominated every team that year except Auburn who had an elite defense.

They signed him on that deal and a new NIL deal. He refused the first 2 offers then signed the third one making him like the highest paid TE in NCAA. He ain't going anywhere.
