The former president and CEO of the OLOL Foundation did embezzle funds for his own personal benefit—there’s no disputing that—but LSU did not. The university had no way of knowing that the money donated to it had been improperly taken from the foundation.

The dude also said he didn't use the money for "cool, rich people" things like yachts.
