LSU won, Sankey still in hot water

People are missing the point that Kiffin made. Getting Wright and Harris was only part of the strategy. Keeping them from playing for an opponent, particular Ole Miss, was the other part.
Sankey is now facing the first of potentially multiple lawsuits. His chair is heating up. Plus if they follow through with the federal case against basically the state of LA, good luck with discovery and everything else that I examined in the legal thread. And now that the players are off the table, if the conference goes through with the vote, they're already taking heat for that publicly. It could get much worse for Sankey and the leadership.
Those players weren't make or break for LSU.

What exactly did LSU win? And what schools outside of LSU want Sankey gone?
Y’all are all alone

Well, considering we weren't a party to the initial lawsuit, and the preliminary injunction is still in place, the SEC can't take any action agains LSU because of anything related to the players in question.

This will end with Sankey losing his job. Clayton is going to sue the hell out of the SEC and Sankey on behalf of Harris and Wright.

We got an 8.1/9 from Snapbacksports for their experience last weekend.

Ole Miss told Wright no when he told them how much he wanted and they told Harris he could come back if he moved to OL.
Take that for what it's worth.

LSU: "We are going to put ex-NFL players on our roster."
SEC: "No you're not."
LSU: "Ok, well, we won't roster them, but we'll hold two spots for them so it's obvious that we still intend to go around league rules."
SEC: "You do that and we'll kick you out."
LSU: "Yes sir. We won't do that after all, sir."
LSU fans: "We won!"

Does any player have a RIGHT to play anywhere including the SEC? So, according to you, players now have the right to sue the SEC if they just want to play in the SEC?

Yoou forgot about the fact that the commissioner got embarassed in a BTR courtroom for three hours and admitted he didn't know what defined a professional athlete and that he didn't know the 5 for 5 rule.
Oh yeah, the lawsuit is still proceeding and the preliminary injunction is still in place. As soon as everyone realized they weren't kicking LSU out and they weren't going to get the federal TRO, Sankey backed off.
