Miss State - like Cubs fans. One day it will happen. Respect.

UT (not the beach ball orange variety from Tenn) has the most objective and intelligent fans who are also generally better looking than others’ fans. Also more prone to self-critical analysis.

Aggies- most delusional unless you encounter them individually where they are as decent as they come. Partial respect.

LSU- down and dirtiest and it works. The Trumpists of college football.

Ole Miss- the most earnest who do more with less than all others. And the Grove is excellent, as is game atmosphere. Respect.

Georgia - congenial. And of course we all would be too if we were as successful as UGA has been in recent years. I admire your coach and want to go to a game there and see where REM became famous. Respect.

Vandy - they care less than a wide swath of UT fans care and that’s really saying a lot.

Tenn- y’all did help out at the Alamo so you are fine folk in my book. Respect.

Ala- can’t argue with success. Like UT, a lot of band wagoneers who didn’t attend, but that’s a compliment. Respect.

Others - I just don’t know well enough but glad to be in the conf w you.

Good. Common sense. Thanks. Texas doesn’t plan to lose but things happen and a 3 loss team in the SEC with exceptional wins shouldn’t have to sweat it out and be excluded from the playoff.

I can’t get over it because it was so blatant. I’ll try. That said Lane took it to another level at OM so should be interesting.

Keep talking. This kind of absurd rhetoric (folks who obviously don’t watch the games) will motivate a nice kid who was actually excellent second half of the season last year and had a defining experience in coming from behind to take out an elite team in OSU. If you watched, it wasn’t Arch who fumbled, dropped a 50 yd pass and then dropped a perfectly thrown TD pass (all in first half). Arch wouldn’t point that out but I’m happy to. Glad he is our qb. We’ll have fun seeing what else he can do. Hook em.

LSU folks getting exercised should a) read the rules SEC accuses (with solid evidence) of violating and b) decide if they wish to get booted. Ok if they do. The “suicide vest” approach they have been taking doesn’t look like it will work. LSU got called and is looking for options that don’t exist or that fail to account for rules governing voluntary associations. The “but Texas” or “but Trinidad” stuff has surface appeal but collapses completely when one considers the applicable rules. Sad for them but inescapable.

Sec is not trying to “look good” but rather to protect itself and member schools from Kiffen/LSU’s shenanigans. Kiffen/LSU will buckle.
