In the grand scheme, that's not much to ask. But does LSU have the humility to do it?
When some schools have done the exact same? frick that.

We have always stated we would not play them if it was not allowed in the end. These are just bully tactics

Kiffin has run his mouth every stop that he's been at. Pete Golding went public and said that he would burn the whole thing down with him. Why are we not talkinga bout LOIC for them too?

I'm more surprised that the other schools and fans are seemingly so blase' about this. Overreach is overreach. It's not affecting your program today but it will eventually if the schools tolerate an out of control commissioner.

You’re caught up in the NFL players. This isn’t about that anymore. It’s about loss of institutional control and Kiffin continuing to run his mouth.
Bingo. Just show you are committed to keeping your head coach in line and this can all be put to bed. It's really not asking much, but if LSU's administration keeps acting like the majority of fans on tRant they will choose to blow up their program instead.

Why should LSU have to do any of this when the other schools are doing the same thing?
They shouldn't. They should stay the course. And anyway, Lane Kiffen is much bigger than the game or at least Sankey. Sankey is a loser.

The drama associated with this nothing burger is embarrassing. Would rather leave the SEC than continue to put up with this stupidity. Will just go independent and let the cards fall where they may.

I’m sorry you don’t understand that the mission here is to drive Kiffin out of the SEC

Outside of not breaking the rules, what more needs to be done?
Kiffin can’t say things that embarrass Sankey anymore?

It’s past that point.

He definitely needs a little more maturing to know how to read the room. A joke about the SEC Commish at halftime probably isn't the best thing to do in lieu of the past week's situation.

The SEC filed a lawsuit last week against one of its members. In case it didn't hit you last week how monumental that was, it's the first time in the league's 93 year history that happened.
LSU and its out of control coach should have taken that as an extremely serious escalation and immediately reacted in a way that showed they understood the gravity of the situation. Lane making jokes about adding pro players to their roster after the fact and LSU not offering some type of apology statement obviously showed the league LSU still doesn't get it.
Keep in mind, the SEC is not Greg Sankey. The 15 non-LSU presidents and chancellors are instructing Sankey on their expectations. You may not like Sankey but the man is not an idiot... he's escalating this again today because he knows the expectations of the other 15 schools. You're and idiot if you think Sankey is just shooting from the hip here.

The guy is a football savant but he doesn’t need to be a head coach. The passive aggressive BS gets old
