This is true. My gut feeling is we are in the early stages of generational change in both parties. Young conservative people are just as fed up as those on the left. Louisiana and Texas dumped their senators.
I'd also expect in the upcoming cycles 2028 and beyond, more and more older senators will retire.

On Tesla Superchargers recharging is pretty fast. I don't have a Tesla but instead have one of those Ford trucks. I suspect in an hour one could have a vehicle up to about 85% charge. But for me I drive locally and charge at home overnight. I have no real complaints. My truck is right at 50,000 miles and still charges up to about 320 miles max charge. I've seen an article saying that with the normal expected degradation of batteries, a vehicle could last 40 years but would have roughly half the range at that time. I'm at three years with no appreciable decline.

I posted in the last day or so, we are done as a country. These two sides will never, ever agree to anything again. So at this point one side had to defeat the other at the ballot box for good. Who do you think has the momentum?

I think this may resolve somewhat on the republican side in the next election. No candidate will be as larger in life than Trump was.

If we walked away, the rest of the world will have to deal with ransom for oil shipments and any commercial shipping that is at risk. Let them deal with it. In the meantime, continue building the military and getting ready to take on China or any other country that crosses us when they do. We aren't soft. We may even be able to blast Iran into oblivion at a later date.

If under the fire of scrutiny of a candidate in the Presidential election, there is nothing a journalist can do to stump him. He has a broader experience at this time than Vance. I think he is unflappable and probably quicker on his feet than Vance. I like Vance and would accept him. But I think Marco is better and there's nobody even close to both of them. We very much need to see a traditional primary.
What will be interesting is if a certain segment of the right will try to brow beat us into choosing their candidate.
Can you imagine how Marco would react to a disparaging comment from Buttigieg?
