Also, a 3 star WR? Try recruiting better.

14th in stop rate, 6th in 3rd down defense. I will die at the altar of defending the 2019 LSU defense.

LSU has always had the players. When you recruit like LSU, Bama, Georgia as a whole/on the regular you are going to be pretty even in the long run.
At that point it's going to come down to the best coaches. You won't find anyone but idiotic homers that will argue LSU had some damn good coaching for the 2019 season. These are the same people (like Arkansas fans) who claimed LSU would be an easy mark because they hired Ed Orgeron.
But back to...I wouldn't be as concerned with the "players picked clean" BS as I would the coaching situation. Losing Brady and Aranda is no small thing. That's what I would be much more concerned about if I were an LSU fan. Gonna be tough not to have a coaching drop off in my opinion.

You just need to enjoy the past season and not expect anything for the next. You will be highly disappointed if you are expecting an unknown, inexperienced 20 year old to win it all for you.

Insecure
Yeah I’d be embarrassed to list them too.

If you see 4 regular season losses on LSU’s schedule, you’re a moron.
Obvious troll, however.
I see 2, maybe 3 at most...possibly only 1 if things fall the right way.

Brennan was such a badass mfer that O went and got an unknown guy from Ohio to start over him. So that unknown guy turned out to be a badass.
Tell me how good Brennan is again?

Yikes.
You’re referring to the Ohio State transfer who also didn’t win the starting job there.
The one who just put together the best season in CFB history in terms of QB play.
Already widely regarded as the best season amongst any team EVER.
YEA, he sat behind THAT guy.

Fight the good fight my man.
Some ammo for your battles once the defense got healthy:
LSU Defense over the last 5 games
Total Defense: 295.0(would rank 8th in FBS over the course of a full season)
Points per Game: 18.0 (would rank 13th in FBS over the course of a full season)
Yards per Play: 4.52 (would rank 5th in FBS over the course of a full season)
-Oklahoma entered Bowl Season as the #2 offense (LSU held them 232 yards below season average).
-Clemson entered Bowl Season as the #3 offense. (LSU held them 153 yards below season average)

In addition to this... our offensive line and defensive lines will be more talented.
Defensive backfield very solid.
Linebacker talent is better. Again less experienced

You talking about the year Brennan was supposed to be the starter as a redshirt Freshman? Lol, yea, LSU went and got a redshirt Junior to start in his spot.

Well CEO went and got Burrow and it worked out amazing for us. Better than the two former SEC QBs that ran away... namely Hurts and Fields.

I think it’s pretty well known at this point that whatever your prediction is, the opposite will happen. There’s never been a more consistently wrong poster than you.
Your insight is on par with that of my toddler.

As always we will have talent but we've got a couple of positions that are lacking and plenty of inexperience.
QB will likely make or break. Doesn't have to Burrow good but better than we are used to
RB will be fine. 3 talented kids
WR will be a strength next year. Chase and Marshall alone ensure that. McMath actually played well when given a chance this year. Palmer, Kirklin and Boutte are gonna be key. One of them has to step up.
TE will be good with Pettigrew, Gilbert and Taylor
OL should be lead by Deculus and Ingram. The other OT and depth are a concern. Talent there but Young and mostly inexperienced. The OG spot and depth should be good. Lot of talented kids there. May need one to slide out. C is a concern. Is Hines the guy? Cregg has his work cut out
DL has some experience mixed with more talented youth. Should be solid early, maybe real salty by the last half. Shelvin and Ika are monsters at NG. Farrell and Logan are solid guys to get through the early stretch. Roy, the JC kid and one of the TE guys (Parker, Fleming) or other holdovers/freshmen are gonna have to step up by the end of the year.
LB is a concern but there is a ton of talent. The top guy is Clark who could end up at any spot but likely inside. Baskerville, Starks or one of the other youngsters are gonna have to learn quickly. The OLB/Rush LB is a big concern to me. Thornton has shown flashes but on the other side which really hasn't been a major part of the defense. Anthony has shown nothing, Little is a complete unknown and the 2 fish may have to be that spark as a rusher.
CB as always will be fine. A star in Stingley, 2 long, talented kids that got valuable snaps this year in Flott and Ward, maybe the most talented of the group(barring Stingley) Jones and Ricks. Vincent back at N.
S is a concern. Harris and Hampton should be a quality starting duo. Monroe, Lewis and Toles gonna have to be depth. Toles could be major.
K/P will be business as usual.
We are gonna have to grow up quick on both sides. Gonna need breaks early to keep goals alive. Get to Bama with 0-1 loss and set the barometer at home on Saturday night. Could be tough.
