re: Starting Texas CB and Former 5 Star Brooksto Hit Portal

I believe Texas and OU made a handshake agreement to follow the SEC rules for the spring window. That's the reporting anyway. ...

Not sure I buy it but I also don't underestimate the buying power of young white females and gays. Taylor Swift is proof of that. ...
re: LSU looking to add another WR?

Whichever Houston kid it is seems to be in the "best available" category. A bonus if space permits thing. ...

Damage control(He and Deion need it honestly;childish behavior by both)and I don't actually believe LSU is pursuing. He got the Dez Ricks phone call and told Nakos. Nakos tweeted out that original list and here we are with the "LSU is pursuing" discussions. Like Ricks then, we aren't pursuing McClai...

Our guys seem to be firm on their predictions for us. Haven't quite figured out if they know something or are riding the 'Godfather" faith train again. Were awfully premature picks by notoriously prudent guys like Shea and Billy. At the time I thought they knew something. Now I'm not so sure. Kid ha...
Zachariah Branch is unbelievable with the ball. A lot like Reggie bush. He’s the real deal.
I watch them to root against them but will say this kid is fantastic. Catches your eye anytime he touches it. Hes a hold your breath talent with the ball. We better learn to be where we are...
re: LeBron still doesn't have that killer instinct like Jordan and Kobe
Unpopular opinion. Triggering be-warned. Lebron is way better than Jordan was at 39 years old.
No one should argue that. One drank and smoked cigars all the time. The other has a team of scientists and a cabal of media helping him cover up all the doping he's done over the years. B...

I mean you can use that angle all you want but the kid told Scarborough flat out that he didn’t like that lsu took the Rb from ASH without even talking to him about it
His prerogative to be upset but is he also upset that Texas treated him 2nd class to Davison? Is he upset that h...
re: Something to watch on LSU vs Alabama football recruiting

Dude has won all but 2 games the last 3 years and was back to back champs, and likely the best squad last season who lost at an inopportune time. A dynasty like Bamas had never been seen before so expecting someone to equal that to be considered a good coach is asinine. I'd trade Kelly and players t...
re: Portal CB Cormani McClain claims LSU has contacted him

And still no mention of LSU contact by anyone other than the kid and whoever this Pete Nakos character ON3 has trumped up is. Yet every DT we've been reported in contact with has had something written about them or set up a visit already. Seems someone's lying or a phone call is as far as it went. R...

Lots to digest in his story. Legend has it he's the GOAT at 1 on 1. Stories go, LeBron tried and tried but just couldnt beat him. As could no one else. ...

HS "scouts" are journalists for the most part and it's a business with caveats built in and publicly known. PFF pawns itself off as the leader in collegiate and professional scouting and expect their determinations to be the standard in which all are compared. Huge difference and none of them are wa...
re: Anybody have On3+ and can share what this article entails?

Typical recruit quotes. "Atmosphere was amazing", "got to spend time around the players", "I really like the coaches", "they're building a championship squad". Generally just copy/paste the schools and kids names and the quotes will be similar. ...

It would be interesting to put names/posts together regarding 2 subjects just last year...

We've got 3 RBs and would like to avoid the portal next winter. Taking 3 makes complete sense considering 1 likely doesn't pan out at minimum. Whether Simon, the preference, or someone else, 3 makes total sense with Jackson, Durham and Holly(assuming) returning. ...

I was critical, not because of talent but because of the circumstances in which his commitment was taken. It gave off troublesome signs of ineptness.
Kid visited one weekend, left campus with no offer and all insiders reported he wouldn't be in the class and OM predictions were made. A mere 5-6 day...

Could but not likely. Either way we'd be just as complicit. Have to remember cent for cent our NIL package for Simmons was more than Texas'. Guys that can rush the passer are worth more than wrs. They had an ace with Simmons not sure they do wit...
re: LSU signee & commit Blazing

He's no smaller than Tylen Singleton or Xavier Atkins. Likely bigger than Atkins or will be. Jonah Williams is a current 5* recruit who's bigger than them all and is a S. Pickett longer and similar weight and he's a CB prospect. Sometimes a kid is just extraordinarily fast.
Brooks was a S sized DE...
