at this point, they can play. if the court rules against it after the season's over, then you don't get penalized for playing players that were eligible at the time. now.......you can't play after the ruling but, nothing wrong with playing before the ruling while it was still legal.

Not a single one of these players that are causing this fuss is worth any risk of penalties. Thats a fact. Kids don't know how to hang it up anymore, go get a job, be a fan of the game. Its over.
