Is that really gonna surprise anyone if it turns out to be true?

Woodward is politically connected as hell in Baton Rouge. The man lives, eats, breathes politics.

It surprised me, but it also goes to show that the corruption isn't remotely gone in BR. I am personally appalled that some of these people (including Wade and Orgeron) continue to be employed. It is great entertainment for tRant though, which has helped me tremendously with getting through this no-travel period with COVID

But Lewis told USA Today that in early 2012, Miles — enabled by those around him — started to interview student workers alone in his office at night. Some of the female students told Lewis that Miles asked about their sex lives, including one who said that Miles asked whether she was a virgin, according to USA Today.

In January 2013, Lewis said a student reported that Miles "got on top of her in his office on his couch," leaving her traumatized, according to USA Today.

Miles had to be popping Viagra two at a time.

I can understand on some level why Wade should supposedly be fired but what has Orgeron supposedly done?

Yeah, that's really the only bit of good news (if you don't want to see Coach O fired) I'm seeing so far today is that nothing in what Sharon Lewis has to say (so far) mentions Coach O at all.

It's all Miles, Ausberry and Segar.

But now that Lewis is out there spouting off, who knows what else she has to share? Easy to pile on with Miles but she *might* be more careful what she unloads on the current very popular coach.

Amazing how LSU fans will blame everyone else for cheating but totally gloss over what their program has done the past 10 years.

I'm an LSU fan who sees what's going on here and is very disappointed in how the university I love so much has acted behind the scenes. I'm not glossing over it and neither is every other sensible LSU fan/alum.

ummm i get wade and in many ways agree(although that happens everywhere in CBB which is a filthy sport) but wtf did Orgeron do?

The Guice stuff? he didnt do anything wrong there, davis stuff he handled too.

I have been critical of him at times with the way he says stupid shite and I sure as hell am critical of the AD as a whole, but Orgeron has done nothing that is a fireable offense.

Orgeron isn't remotely innocent, if everything I was told is true. Even if it isn't the guy is a certifiable moron that needs a muzzle when talking to the press, and has an incredibly shady history before even being hired by LSU

Then again, Wade continues to coach at LSU so I would argue that ANY coach at LSU is safe unless they lose. I don't think Orgeron will get fired over any of this - only if he continues to suck on the field

So I can be banned from the board for anti-LSU propaganda? No thanks. Besides, I like him at LSU. He's much less dangerous than a competent coach. Napier would kill it at that school

If Woodward leading up a mass cover up at LSU it doesn't worry you that he was at A & M and hired a dude with a history of leading undisciplined squads that are allowed to do whatever?

He doesn't just go to LSU and say to himself now im going to be shady...

Yes I worry about that. I have no doubt that A&M has some issues of their own that haven't been uncovered.

Nobody is going to ban you for saying "My sauces tell me..."

In other words, you don't know shite and you're just pretending like you do. Got it.

Do you also have the details about the AU bagman? Friends with Danny Sheridan?

This guy is talking out of his arse. Not surprising for an ATM fan. Everyone knows about O’s past. Quit trying to act like you have some elite inside info.

My favorite one was when you said no OC wanted to work for Orgeron because he was forcing them to run LSU's current system instead of their own.

But then, you turned around and said LSU's players would struggle learning Peetz' offense.

ot at all. Anyone serious about recruiting has this approach. Everyone else (except maybe the 2009 version of Lane Kiffin) has better sense than to say it out loud.

This is Les Miles you're talking about here...

I don't have elite insider information. I would assume most of what I know is common knowledge in LA. Maybe it comes out, and maybe it doesn't. What I do know is that all of the people in these articles continue to be employed at LSU. I still don't think Ausberry or Segar will be fired - they have "served their time" just as Wade did. Woodward will never fire either one unless given no choice in the matter.

Meanwhile, other schools fired people that have moved on like Miles and Alexander.

What are you talking about? I said Peetz has never actually called plays in this offense before?
