You’re willing to risk the arse fricking you’ve already been threatened with for Daequon Wright and an out of shape Xavian Harris?
fricking do it. I don’t care. Everyone is just pointing out how belligerently retarded your entire state has become.

That a TRO does absolutely nothing to force a school to accept a new player.
Who is trying to force a school to accept a player? Again, what the frick are you talking about?

LSU won’t do shite.
You do realize that the same thing is going on in multiple states, right?

You still are not getting it. This isn’t about LSU.

This will give them standing. The SEC operates under the purview of the NCAA. It is spitting in all of these judges faces for the NCAA to lose in court and act like SEC is fully independent.
It would be like a court order against Toyota motor company and them trying to say Lexus doesn’t have to follow that court order.

I can understand the ban if SEC or NCAA can show that these athletes give a competitive advantage though the signing of a contract.
My personal opinion is that if everyone gets 5 yrs to play then just stick with it. If tom Brady wants to return to Michigan to play one more year, so be it.

I haven't looked into it much, but I wonder if the SEC (and CFP Selection Committee) could take the position of, "Fine, these guys are eligible to play the regular season, however teams with these guys on the roster are not eligible for the postseason."

Nah, Kiffin will just play them and them and then move on to a new school once the punishment is imposed. You retards think that the man who quit on his team in the middle of a playoff run cares if he burns LSU down on the way out?
Keep blaming the wrong guy because your pussy hurts

The judges have been consistently showing that this "amateur" versus "pro" foolishness is a farce....as we all know but some, including the media like to hold onto the glory days of the past.
They are all getting paid so the judges are seeing it as the same.
I expect that to continue in their rulings.

How about you ask Diego Pavia how playing with a TRO (that didn’t involve professional sports) worked out for him.
You do understand that the courts are not going to have some nostalgia attached to “oh but this one should be SUPER ineligible because they are professionals now” like you do right?
They all have TROs. Chambliss Hutson Wright etc etc.
The precedence is that the SEC abided by the TRO.
They are now selectively abiding by the courts.
Which may play for fans nostalgia but won’t work in the court of law.
You better hope they let everyone in.
