is this situation not a little bit different in that this was a punitive “breakup fee” charged to the player even though he never rec’d the money they are claiming they are owed?
I gotta say…I don’t think Prince understood that portion of the contract. Is this poor kid supposed to hire a $750/hr lawyer before signing? that’s a lot to put on a 20 yr old kid. Ole Miss should be ashamed.
