Might as well hire Billy Napier as HC to recruit the players if you are just going to use computers to call your key 4th down play.

I'm most amused by Lane using it for legal advice.
My brother is a lawyer and has been on multiple cases in the last year or two where his side won purely b/c his opponent used AI to write briefs and it cited made up cases
I think it was the Birmingham news that reported that the SEC has been using AI in their suit vs LSU.

I don't be needin' no computers to trace my lineage. I have red hair and my last name begins with Mc. It's not that hard.

i'm sure there's already some service that ingests every all-22 feed available, tags by team, formation, players, etc. it won't take long until that data trains ML pipelines used to predict the plays with the highest probability of success. on both sides.
Indiana was probably doing it last year with Cuban's money.

Here come all the ignorant rednecks who believe ai is just a calculator it or a search engine.
The best thing about AI exponentially becoming more intelligent every month, are the whining clowns who are about to be permanently replaced.
Coaches are one of them, so are laughable sports writers and commentators

A football message board participant lectures other football message board participants about educational levels of those he feels superior to while demeaning them with disparaging names.
Most of us here are just insufferable fools in Mr. Dive Play's eyes. Dive Play is much too evolved and sophisticated to ever sully his reputation by stooping down to our level.
Feel thankful, everyone, and rejoice that Dive Play is around to give the rest of us an air of respectability, even if it is false and we could never be in his presence in real life.

AI would call a better 4th down play than Napier.

Simple way of saying Sark can't coach.

Del Conte is such a clown. A stupid AI bot just to get stopped on 4th down! It's so earth-shattering!

Longhorns - invest in AI & brag about advantages and get slacked by OU & Florida… AI may be the future, but it’s not their now.

More than that, if everyone is using AI then the competitive advantage is only present when your AI is better than your opponent’s AI.
And how do you train your AI to be better than the others?

Down 20-17 and facing a fourth-and-2, Texas needed a spark. So, coach Steve Sarkisian and his staff turned to their new artificial intelligence data analytics platform, Bevo Lab.
While the Longhorns ultimately failed to convert after quarterback Arch Manning lost three yards on the play, Del Conte said the moment was a pivotal embrace of the new tech.
“It’s happening,” Del Conte said. “They’re bought in.”
Uh, that would have me bought out since it didn't work.

You have to be smarter than the others to train Ai to be more smarter, which brings it right back to who is the more smartest usually does the most bestest, with or without Ai.
