I'm not sure if this is real. It's says it is in Plano, Texas. If so, there are probably a few Texas Longhorn fans in the footage. It looks kind of like Alma Road.

This guy has always been around and has always had a unique way of ranking teams. He placed a huge amount of value on Iowa beating Michigan, it seems.
At least he doesn't have a one loss Ohio State above many more deserving undefeated teams though.
