I do have a clue and so did everyone else that actually researched it. One it didn't need to be brought to to code from 1939, that is your first lie. It simply needed to be repaired from all the flooding damage. Still cheaper than building an entire new facility for LSU, but that would not have enriched the university. Corps of engineers had the facility up and running after the hurricane, and tons of businesses recovered fine. Weird, didn't see the Superdome get abandoned after the destruction and death that took place in there?

The new facility does not offer the same amount of services, there are simply not enough beds dedicated to it. Also, what did all the poor New Orleans citizens do while the new fake charity hospital was being built?

Hate to see a program like Arkansas simply just give up on college football program, and I am not talking about the fans. No fans should have to support absolute worthless, incompetence like that.
Is the Walton family not associated with Arkansas in any way? You would think that kind of money could really match what other rich NIL contributors at other schools have relied on.
