Spending $150+ mil to renovate the on-campus stadium and sending a home conference game to LR every other year leaving Fayetteville with 2 home SEC games.
Add the fact of playing the spring game every other year away from all the facilities and campus.
They better have a great plan for raising the $20 mil bare minimum WMS needs to get to SEC standards with the state-owed facility under the Parks and Tourism Dept thanks to the Gov.

Only Arkansas could pull off something this stupid while renovating our home stadium. Maybe we can travel to Jonesboro and play Ole Miss there every other year. Makes about as much sense.

No other instate program is anchored with the stinking weight that is war memorial stadium.

While its true that WMS is a real dump and Arkansas shouldn't play there, the irony here is that a Mizzou fan points this out.
You play all your home games in a crappy stadium, even after the 'remodel'. Its barely on a par with WMS, so fix that before you complain.

It was more because the stadium held 15k-20k more, not because of the corruption. In Arkys case WMS holds about 20k less

State politics. The Pigs agreement tp play at least one game every yr expires in 2018. There is extreme pressure, especially in central AR to keep a game here. There is a conference game played in LR in the even numbered years. This is the compromise to keep people from rioting. It is a decent tailgate scene.

Not much we agree on but this is one of them. Went to Little Rock a couple years ago for a conference. It was depressing, very depressing, and very trashy.
Fayetteville is one hell of a great college town. All home games for Arkansas need to stay there.
