We’re not happy about it either.

They always play the worst teams there. I don’t see an issue with it.

Why would they do this?

Ever wonder where all the great Arkansas posters went from a couple years ago? They got jobs in the AD and they just IRL trolled you.

Despite LSU always losing, I loved the season finale at War Memorial. My family lives in West Little Rock and the tailgate on the course was always a great time. Made for a fun thanksgiving weekend many years.

Because some extremely rich donors in Little Rock refuse to give up the fight to keep games there so they’re going to continue to hold the program hostage.

So it comes down to money, figures.

I’m good with it, if it helps get our game back from Jerryworld.

A little farther for Missouri to travel at least
It’s a nice try but I doubt it will ever be the same as the LSU thanksgiving finale was for a while when it was there

We used to play our biggest games at Legion Field in Birmingham. It was an economic boom for our state's biggest city. As time went on, BDS was a better stadium, but the powers that be(corrupt state officials) kept taking bribes and insisting the biggest games be played in Birmingham, despite the aging stadium, of which the city was not even keeping up. I know nothing of the situation in Arkansas but I bet it is some sort of good ole boy network thing going on. The solution is to find out who they are, and expose them. Draining a swamp is long hard tedious process, good luck with that.

It's essentially the same deal.
But if it upsets Missouri I'll allow it.

You essentially nailed it. Politics and GOBN old money in LR. Matter of power and control with them not wanting it all in NWA.
Idiocy.
Idiocy.

Kind of figured. Been there, done that. What is sad, is that Birmingham would likely still have the SECCG, and Bama games, if they could have afforded to keep up Legion Field. Instead they went broke because of all the corruption. Now Atlanta has the SECG, and ironically, a lot of Bama games themselves in recent years.
