The seniors, kicker, and Rowan led the team moreso than Fromm, who was mainly just along for the ride

It's Roquan, and if you think Fromm was "along for the ride" you either don't know what you're talking about or you're intentionally being dense for entertainment's sake.

they looked at the rookie behind Smith and said he has too much God given ability to keep sitting him behind the game manager (Smith) that was currently starting.

Trading smith also brought back salary cap savings at around $15 million and a draft pick. Two pretty big reasons to move on from Smith and neither of which are applicable to the college level.

Look at this spell checker.

Go back and look at the Florida game. Fromm completed one pass to a wr.
ONE. We scored 42 points.

That is also true. But KC went with unproven talent over rock solid game manager with a roster that was built to win at that moment and it paid off big time.

. He led them to a title game, they didn’t win the natty, also it didn’t stop Saban from benching Hurts in favor of Tua. Also for the poster saying practice and games are different... I get that, but still you have to be a better at picking out talent than that

Halftime in Baton Rouge should have been the “let’s see what he’s got” moment with Fields.

Fromm has never been that great of a QB. As the run game goes for UGA, that's the bulk of their offense. In the 3 seasons Fromm has been the starter, He has maybe 3 games wheres he's thrown for more than 300 yards. He's average at best and has been. Anyone not biased could see Fields always had a bigger upside than Fromm. UGA's problem is the fact that donors have too much influence inside the program. Fromm fits more of the face the donors wanted. Kirby didn't play Fields that much so as to avoid a QB controversy since his hands were tied with who the "powers that be" wanted as the starter. Fields was frustrated, left (under some BS fake racist ish!), and Ohio St. benefited from his potential. Richt had the tenure and credibility to veto the donors somewhat, Smart isn't there yet. However, this should be a lesson to the donors. Play the kid that gives the program the best shot and clearly that wasn't Fromm. Stop saying his stats supported him being "better", they didn't. Fields is insurmountably better in his 1st year starting as Fromm in his 3rd....that doesn't "just happen".

I know one of UGAs coaches and he said Fields was clearly better

I thought the bye week between the clusterfrick in Baton Rouge and the WLOCP was the time to do it. Fromm had been badly off for several games in a row at that point.

Good point. There were plenty of good times to insert fields before LSU.

This is the UGA talking point. Everybody else who watched UGA knew it was the running game that got you there.

This is the second time I've read something like this recently and it's has a small nugget of truth but it's mostly a lie. Sure OSU is a run dominant team like UGA with similar RPOs. But, that's about where it ends. OSU uses their WRs and TEs to space the field which opens things up for their running game. This is why Fields gets the ball to the WRs and TEs on the edges a lot. OSU has very good WRs and TEs who can gash a defense on their own. So, defenses have to honor those pass catchers. And, then OSU has a really good offensive line who can then go to run blocking and open up holes for Dobbins and Fields.

I seriously doubt that you watch UGA.
Do you have any idea where Fromm throws the ball? Everything is outside the numbers. Or "on the edges" as you say.

If you want to compliment Ohio State for WRs and TEs who can make those plays explosive... go for it.

If you want to compliment Ohio State for using Fields legs (unlike the results we see from Fromm)... go for it.

But the more you type, the more you make it apparent that you dont know what UGA's troubles were this season.

Partially right. It’s only a Fromm bot talking point.

Factually incorrect.

He was 1/2 for 4 yards. The incompletion was a third down miss which led to a punt.
His injury was the second series where he ran out of bounds on third and long at the line of scrimmage (another punt ensuing).

Not just Eason... the entire offense looked bad against App State until Fromm came in and moved the offense.

The receiving Corp is much less talented this year, am I correct? That would have a huge impact

Eason honestly shouldn't even be in this conversation.

Why not? Unless Fromm shows out vs Baylor, he will have a lower passer rating than Eason did this year.
