Not that I really give a frick about Ole Miss but why would anybody in their right mind leave Ole Miss for Nebraska it makes no sense.

My second cousin’s next door neighbor knows a guy that has access to all the secret flight patterns of private jets owned by universities. He told his barber’s mailman that he tracked the Nebraska plane from Lincoln to Oxford at 2:00 am this morning.
Plus, my sister-in-law’s yoga instructor saw a moving truck behind Lane’s house yesterday loading Juice’s dog kennel, Lane’s favorite clipboard and a twitter server.

The only angle I could see for him taking that job is that his dad coached there a long time ago. I believe he was the DC on their legendary 1971 team.
I actually don't know how eager Lane is to leave Ole Miss.
