Meh. It doesn’t benefit Texas or Texas A&M to play Tech. They only stand to lose something if they play and they gain nothing. It’s the same reason we don’t play Southern Miss. We gain literally nothing by doing so.

I'd rather play Ohio State, Michigan, & Notre Dame than the glorified community STD college.
We are 55–18 vs them they had plenty of opportunities over the years and they mostly suck.
aggy on the other hand is 37–32–1 they are much more on par with the raider rash plus they have goal post gate where they beat each other up in lubbock to rehash.

Texas beat them 57-7 last time they played and own their asses historically. We used to play them because we had to. We don't have to now. So, nah.

No need to punch down. The press will be totally one sided. Tech showed their colors when they fired Mike Leach, who was totally cleared of any wrongdoing over the bullshite with Craig James' son.
