Vols don't play UGA or Florida.
Doesn't feel right at all.

Right when we are finally are starting to play with the physical edge required to compete with Georgia.

That's just crazy.
LSU doesn't play Alabama or Auburn next season, but at least we get Florida back on the rotation.

Alabama and Mississippi State not playing every year when they’re only 80 miles apart is insanely stupid as well

Vols don't play UGA or Florida, but play Auburn. Feels like most seasons prior to 1992.

Half our schedule is Big8/12/SWC teams

No one has more than 2 rivals. It just isn't reasonable to protect 5 plus games for one team.

it's gonna make the tiebreakers more convoluted than ever
expansion really has ruined the SEC

We sure had it good as a conference from 1992 - 2011.

Tennessee's schedule set up nicely this season. Getting Georgia off the schedule and getting to play Alabama at home, which has become an easy win, was just what the doctor ordered.
Must give them credit, however. They're one of the most physical teams in the SEC this season, and now they have a top 5 defensive coordinator.

Would have LOVED to play Georgia this year, would’ve been a 4 hour slugfest.

LSU has the easiest schedule I can remember in a long time next year.
At least we get Florida back. No Bama, Auburn or MS State is surreal.
Then Missouri, Vandy and USCe. Total of 5 formerly SEC east games.
Gross.

Vols didn't really begin playing Georgia & Florida yearly until the 1992 expansion which has pushed both of the series about even total games played with Auburn & Georgia Tech -
Tennessee v Ole Miss series was a casualty of division play in 1992 and - played just 8 times now since 1992 - it's kinda wild Tennessee and Mississippi State have played more times since 1992 than Tennessee Ole Miss -

It's mid-October and Auburn has already played FOUR teams from the division formally known as the SEC East.

Or is it that your best runs happen to be when Ole Miss avoids Alabama on the schedule

Conferences should have a max of 10 teams, and each team should play all of the other teams every year.

The only former SEC East team you have played this year served you up a loss. And it was to that juggernaut Kentucky.
