I guess Missouri would be Tier 1 if LSU didn't poach everyone worth a frick from their staff.

Believe it was the worst.

He said LSU is borderline Tier 1, losing Denbrock is what put them in Tier 2.

I figured this is why we weren't in Tier 1. Denbrock had the history and it was really good obviously recently. Now we 2 have more rookie OCs so I get it.

He said Drinkwitz is probably the best staff assembler in the SEC.

You baws may have made Tier 1 if you hadn't also settled for a Mizzou analyst as your safeties coach.

No money left after making BB the highest paid asst. coach in the nation?

Clearly he's wrong. Alabama's staff is the worst in college football.

Mizzou is doing just fine, thank you very much. Good coaches up and down the staff. Drink learned his lesson with hiring tired old NFL guys and has been making very nice additions since.

I'll be curious to see if LSU's defense takes as big a leap as Mizzou's did from 2021 to 2022. They'll be better, nowhere to go but up, but I kind of doubt that they'll make as huge a leap as Mizzou did under Baker.

Theoretically, LSU should make a bigger leap because they have more talent.

I don't see how you put Auburn and Ole Miss in tier 1 and LSU and maybe Texas in tier 2. Why is Oklahoma in tier 3? I like Josh Pate but this seems off.

For LSU, he said that was just because of the loss of Denbrock, they'd be Tier 1 otherwise and are still borderline.

Oklahoma is being "punished" by a lack of head coaching experience.
