There is a difference. We’re not his coach, responsible for developing him as a QB and building an offense the plays to his strengths. BoB is responsible for where Milroe was at earlier this year because he didn’t develop him.

Few things…

Alabama fans wanted him benched after the Texas game. Point blank. He has improved since then, but the OL has improved more. He still has areas of his game that need improving.

BOB is a dogshit, terrible OC and has been for years. He was a terrible hire by Nick Saban.

Jalen Milroe isn’t exactly taking the high road in all of this. He needs to focus on the upcoming game.

If Bob told me the sun was coming up tomorrow I wouldn't believe him.

Milroe will never make the NFL as a QB.

If a guy like Anthony Richardson can be taken in the first round, there's no reason to believe Milroe can't, especially with another year of development.

Milroe isn’t Anthony Richardson! He is benefiting from being on an ultra athletic and talented teams. He will play a different position at the next level.

Have a downvote for using the phrase "claps back."

Milroe is such a bizarre combo of slow-headed, cocky ignorant and loveable, hard working doofus.

Nothing would surprise me the rest of the way. He could fall flat on his face or lead his team to glory. I have no idea.

But it's not quite "who got the last laugh" time just yet, Jalen. If the Tide falls, my bet is still on the reason being: you're not a QB. Prove it first. You're getting close.

He is inconsistent. Some crap plays, some great. There is a very good team around him though, offense and defense, so hopefully he will manage the next two well enough.

I hate BOB and Golding. I hope they fail at everything they do.

Milroe is in the top 3 worst Bama QBs I have ever seen. He is all heart and no ability. except for arm punts and speed. He should change positions if he wants an NFL career.

Might be drafted, but the idea of him ever being a thing there? Just very unlikely. It amazes me how college football fans think every QB that's good for them has the potential to play on Sunday when it's been shown over and over that it doesn't work that way.

I agree, but tell that to the NFL GM's. After AR i don't know who they may think is the next "IT" guy at QB.

.....and most Bama fans do not care if Jalen Milrore gets drafted high, they just want him to play well for us and then have a wonderful life.

He still doesn’t strike me as a future NFL QB but he has time to prove

One year starting for Milroe, JD had 3 years starting at Arizona ST and 1 year starting at LSU and didn't look like a NFL QB.

Year 5 starting JD matured and became great, his future as a NFL QB is still undetermined so let's give these guys the benefit of doubt.

BOB is still right. Maybe BOB will be wrong one day but not today. It's a shame so many people are blowing smoke up Milroe's arse because he plays for Bama. But, this cat is benefiting from the OL getting their shite together and nothing more.

Not me. Not FunkyTide8 either. We knew what was up. We knew Milroe was gonna ball out.

BoB was a pathetic excuse for a coach. Had unreal talent while at Texans and could not do shite .

Not surprised BoB could not recognize talent.

Sad we had him for two years

You think the only reason he has improved is because of the Oline but refuse to acknowledge that Jalen has improved. The truth is if BoB tried helping Milroe improve as a QB he might be farther along in his development. For some reason you would just rather shite all over him. The number of QBs that can excel without a good OL and/or WRs are few and far between.

Dude you are spot on and most logical point of view that majority of non Bama fans in this country think and see as well
