Not exactly. He is eligible by the SECs rules. Currently he is ineligible due to reasons other than 5 for 5.

With the SEC, agreeing with my interpretation I'd say they're pretty close to facts for the time being.

Again, for the love of God, neither your interpretation nor the SEC's interpretation mean jack shite.
The SEC should have done a better job writing their new rules with clarity instead of hastily throwing something together. It's their own fault they even need to be interpreted.
The courts decisions have made that clear.
Either we can agree on that fact and continue having a discussion, or you can be on the level of Boom33 obtuse.

No matter the cause they pissed someone with power off. They are obviously looking to scare or get rid of (not likely) LSU for a reason and it's not because they fear Kiffin or them winning.

Just like everyone else, you’re making that statement, and I’m simply curious whether there’s any concrete, undisputable evidence to support it beyond the CBS report. So far, I haven’t seen anyone on this board provide any firsthand statements or documentation that actually backs up these claims.
I’m not saying the information is necessarily wrong. I’m just wondering if there’s something more substantial out there that I’m missing. If there is, I’d certainly be interested in seeing it.

I can see it, just like I could see a difference between a player who was injured all through camp (Harris) and one who played in preseason games but was cut (Plyburn, had he not been picked up by the Chiefs).
However, those are not differences any court has made in granting their injunctions against the NCAA.
